A. No. Admission to all areas of Le Studio and Le Forum is free.
Q. Is there a parking area?
A. We do not have a parking area. Please use a parking area nearby.
Q. Are there any age restrictions?
A. Film screenings at Le Studio are for junior high school students and older. There are no age restrictions for Le Forum.
Q. Do I need to reserve a seat in order to watch a film?
A. Because the venue is small, seats for film screenings are by reservation only.
Q. How can I make a reservation for a film screening?
A. You can reserve a seat online (membership registration required) or by telephone.
Q. Seats were all taken for the film I wanted to see, but is it possible to see the film if there is a cancellation on the day?
A. If there is a same-day cancellation, visitors without reservations can enter on a first come, first served basis. Please come directly to the venue five minutes before the screening begins.
Q. What are the benefits of online membership registration?
A. If you complete online membership registration, you can change or cancel your reservations from My Page. Also, you will receive an e-mail notification just before we start accepting reservations for the following month’s program.
Q. When can I reserve a seat for a screening?
A. During the period from three weeks before to one hour before the screening, you can make a reservation from the webpage of the film you want to see.
Q. Can I watch a film at Le Studio multiple times?
A. Each person can only reserve a seat for a particular program once, so that more people will be able to see the films.
Q. How many seats can be booked together with a single reservation?
A. Each reservation is limited to two seats (person making the reservation plus one accompanying person).
Q. How can I check my reservation details?
A. After entering your membership information and logging in, you can verify it under “Change/Cancel reservation” on My Page.
Q. Can I change my reservation for a particular program to another date and time?
A. After entering your membership information and logging in, you can change your reservation under “Change/Cancel reservation” on My Page. Please be aware that it may not be possible to make the desired change, depending on the availability of seats.
Q. I reserved two seats, but my friend can’t make it. Can I change the number of people?

Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. After entering your membership information and logging in, you can carry out the cancellation procedure under “Change/Cancel reservation” on My Page.
Q. How long before the film do you start seating people?
A. Admittance to the cinema begins 20 minutes before the film starts. Please arrive no later than five minutes before. Please note that if you arrive after the film begins, you may be asked to watch from an auxiliary seat.
Q. Do I need to give any information when I arrive?
A. Please inform us of the reservation code in the reservation confirmation e-mail you received, and the name of the person making the reservation. If you reserve your seat by telephone, please write down the reservation code and the reserving person’s name, and bring it with you to Le Studio.
Q. How is seating decided?
A. Seats are not decided in advance. Viewers seat themselves freely, on a first come, first served basis.
Q. Can I eat and drink in Le Studio?
A. No. Eating and drinking are prohibited.
Q. Is a reservation required to view Le Forum?
A. No reservations are required to view Le Forum. However, reservations may be necessary for events related to exhibitions.
Q. Can I bring my stroller into Le Forum?
A. Yes, you can.
